Halloween Polka Dots ~ Tutorial

Dont we all love polka dots? What about polka dots + Halloween? Sounds great to me.  Orange, yellow, white and black are the colors I used to create this design.

I used:
Sinfulcolors Clemente
Wet n Wild Eboney Hates Chris
Kleancolor White
Bettina Gems Citrine

You can also use acrylic paint to create the polka dots.

Enjoy the tutorial :D

Try this with any of your favorite color and let me see it on my facebook page https://www.facebook.com/LadyLuckBeautyBlog
